How do I return an item?

IOLITE Beauty Training Institute gives you the option to return purchased items. Any order that has been shipped, falls within a returnable category(7-day), and is within the 7-day limit from the date of delivery can be filed for return.

Eligible for Return

You may return your product if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is not as described on the website (Non-Defective Product)
  • The product is damaged upon delivery (Defective Product)

Conditions:

  • Product must be returned within 7 days of receiving it
  • The item must be unused, in original, unopened packaging, and include all tags
  • Opened products are accepted only if incorrect or not as described

Conditional Returns

Returns may be accepted under certain conditions if the reason is:

  • Change of mind (Non-Defective)
  • Not as expected (Non-Defective)
  • Ordered by mistake (Non-Defective)
  • Ordered the wrong size or variant (Non-Defective)

Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be in original sealed packaging with all accessories included
  • Some categories may not be eligible (see Non-Returnable Products below)

Non-Returnable Products

You are not eligible to return, replace, or exchange items in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
  • Items that have been assembled or modified
  • Free of charge (FOC) delivery items
  • Orders shipped to international destinations

Your Refund

For delivered products:

  • Refund will be issued for the product amount only
  • Shipping and return fees are non-refundable if the item is returned for personal reasons

Exchanges are available for eligible items within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange.

You will receive a full refund if:

  • The product is faulty or damaged upon delivery
  • The product is not as described on the website
  • The return is due to an error on our side (pricing, description, etc.)

For undelivered orders:

You will receive a full refund if the order is cancelled before shipping.

Refund Procedure

Refunds are processed based on your original payment method:

Cash on Delivery: Refunded as store credit

Credit / Debit Card: Refunded to your card or as store credit — your choice

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed after inspection at our fulfillment center:

  • Credit / Debit Card: Within 30 days of receiving the returned item
  • Store Credit: Within 3 days after inspection

Order cancelled before shipping:

  • Store credit: within 3 days
  • Card refund: within 30 days

Your Resolution Options

Once your return is approved, you can choose from any of the following:

  1. Exchange

Swap your item for a different product, size, or variant, subject to stock availability. Exchanges are processed within 1–2 working days after inspection.

  1. Credit Note

Receive the value of your returned item as a credit note, which can be used toward any future purchase on our store. Credit notes do not expire and can be applied at checkout.

  1. Refund

Receive your money back to your original payment method.
